Installing Quantum Helix
Section titled “Installing Quantum Helix”There are two installation processes which can be used to install Quantum Helix. You can choose the installation process best suited to your use case:
-
the Helm-based installation process can be used to install QHx either
- online (for an internet-connected cluster) or
- in an air-gapped environment, against an air-gapped OCI registry you control (you are responsible for manually pulling and mirroring the necessary OCI images comprising QHx).
This is the simplest installation process when deploying QHx for testing or educational purposes.
-
the Zarf-based installation process, which is optimised to provide turnkey deployment in air-gapped environments without a pre-existing OCI registry infrastructure.
